# Authentication

All /api/v1 routes require a Bearer API key.

Create keys under **Dashboard → Settings → API**. The full secret is shown once; only a prefix is stored for display afterward.

## Access rules

- Keys belong to a user, not a project
- You can act on any project in a workspace where you are a member
- Revoking a key in Settings immediately rejects further requests
- Maximum 10 active keys per account
